I am delighted to announce that I have teamed up with the wonderful team from Halcyon House to deliver a Learn to Meditate experience like no other. We have taken great care to develop a program that will allow you to make the most of this beautiful venue and the warmer weather of the NSW Far North Coast while introducing you to a meditation practice that will deliver lifelong benefits.
If you would like to take a few days out of your busy schedule in the middle of the year to learn the ancient art of Vedic Meditation, please do come and join me for some warm weather, delicious food and wonderful company.
