“I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing introduction to meditation. I find I have your words going through my head at times throughout the day keeping me on my meditation path. Meditation is already making a significant difference to how I feel, think & relate to the people around me and I love it!”                        Michelle

“Just a short note to let you know the benefit meditation has had over the years and thanking you for teaching me such an important life skill. I was thinking over the weekend, that you taught me close to ten years ago and it is an aspect of my life that I still use each day (well, most days of the week!).”     Peter

“The learnings and breakthroughs that we both experienced over the weekend have been quite profound… adopting the ‘less is more’ approach to my lifestyle so that I can be more calm, present and creative will make a huge difference too.”      Amy
