ISOLATION HALF-DAY RETREATS AT HOME
We have received enquiries from many of you who’ve learned rounding techniques about doing blocks of rounding while we’re in our current lock-down situation.
While a full round morning and evening is a practice that can be employed daily, multiple rounding is only ever done in a supervised environment. This is to ensure that experiences are smooth and any stress release is managed appropriately.
The first of Tim’s Isolation Half-Day Rounding Retreats were so well received, he will continue to hold these over the coming weeks – Sundays from 12.30-5.30pm via Zoom. Each of these sessions will include a total of 4 rounds and an Advanced Knowledge meeting.
Join Tim to enjoy practicing these advanced techniques in a comfortable and supported environment that will deepen your experiences in meditation and allow you to enjoy more clarity, creativity, adaptability and
“un-over-whelm-abilty” in these challenging times.
To join these half-day retreats, you will have attended a rounding retreat with Tim, or another Vedic Meditation teacher, or you will have learned the Asana and Pranayama techniques from Tim, either in person or via his online workshop. This is a prerequisite to join the half-day retreats.
If you have not yet taken instruction in these techniques, or you would like to refresh your practice, you can do so by taking the Asana and Pranayama Instruction Workshop online. You must complete this before you join the half-day retreats.
