DELIVERY POLICY

After you have registered and paid for a course or program, you will receive an order receipt to the email address provided. You will also receive a confirmation email with details of the course of instruction you have joined, including dates, times and locations of the course.

Registrations are open up to six months prior to the commencement of the course dates provided on the website.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR BOOKINGS

Changes to your course booking can be made up to 2 business days prior to the commencement of the course, contact us at [email protected] to make these arrangements.

Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the commencement of a course booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 7 days of the commencement of the course may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

We note that our Services (including, but not limited to, the information provided through this Website) come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We may offer refunds or compensation, where options to resupply or re-schedule the Services have been exhausted or in circumstances where there has been a major failure, where applicable, where the Services fail to be of acceptable quality, and in exceptional cases, such as injury, illness, death or force majeure.
