Vedic Meditation originated in India 5,000 years ago inspired by the fundamental human desire to understand oneself, ones relationship with the world  and  to experience higher mental, physical and emotional capabilities.

Originating in India, this is not exclusively Indian knowledge, the technique is universal in its nature.

Tim’s emphasis is on teaching a meditation practice for those who are fully engaged in life, rather than those interested in a reclusive or monastic lifestyle. In essence, the technique takes a very practical approach and focuses on the need for effortless practice – making it easy for people leading busy and full lives to incorporate into their day and enjoy the benefits.

Since the development of the technique 5,000 years ago it has been passed on through an unbroken line of teachers to this day.
